Ms. Robinson has extensive experience in various areas of litigation, including construction defect, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights.
Representative Clients
Ms. Robinson represents general contractors, developers, subcontractors and insurance companies as well as private individuals in construction-related disputes and bankruptcy matters.

Construction defect: Goldstein v. Dunhill Homes, 430, Inc. v. OBH, Inc., et al.; subrogation: (Clarendon v. Ramirez; Atlantic Mutual v. Town of Dillon); mechanic’s lien recovery (PCM v. Trimark, et al.) and bankruptcy matters for creditors and debtors.
Background
Ms. Robinson was admitted to practice law in California in December 1997, and thereafter focused her practice on civil litigation, in particular, the defense of contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation. Ms. Robinson also has appellate and receivership-related experience and represents creditors and debtors in bankruptcy. Ms. Robinson devotes time to various legal-related pro bono causes, including the Van Nuys Superior Court “Teen Court” program.

Ms. Robinson was admitted to practice law in California in December 1997 and is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Central District of California.
Education
Ms. Robinson received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in May 1997. While in law school, Ms. Robinson practiced before the Los Angeles Superior Court and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California under the student practice rule, and served an externship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She was also active in the Student Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. Robinson graduated from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
